Midas Hotel guests joins the interactive Baking 101 class

Exclusive for Midas Royale Club (MRC) members, MIDAS HOTEL & CASINO hosted the interactive 4th Baking 101 class with their talented pastry team.

Baking 101 is one of the perks enjoyed by Midas Royale Club members, sometimes it's Japanese Cooking Class, Mixology 101 or the fun Wine 101 class which I attended a few months back.

MRC guests enjoyed creating works of gingerbread house art in the 4th run of Baking 101 at Midas Hotel last holiday season. Decorating their creations with mini marshmallows, sprinkles, chocolates and more, the guests had fun during the session. They also get to take home a bagful of cookies and of course, their miniature cookie houses.

Heading the workshop is Pastry Chef Camille Gandia, who taught the guests how to make and cut gingerbread cookies of different shapes and sizes to create miniature houses. Guests had loads of fun and shared their photos on their social media pages.
